Founders Program Playbook in BoostX. It has most every bit of information they need to know during the program.
Airmeet & Zoom (backup) - You can access the Airmeet and Zoom links in the Airtables above. Remember, you must be logged into your host account to start each week's session. You can access Zoom admin account login details here.
Program Leader Plan in BoostX - Here you will find access to all group and workshop resources, including the alumni area, perks and training documents.
FoundersBoostX – The community that contains a plethora of resources, including the alumni network.
Program Leader Training Workshop – Instructions on using the Master Spreadsheets and other tools. This is a must watch all the way through at least once.
Boost Basics – This workshop contains all the program homework and resources that we give to the startups each week.
The FoundersBoost Network Workspace – Slack for program leaders to interact with each program cohort, program alumni, and globally. (Access: For all Program Leaders & Startups)
Note: Be logged in with your FoundersBoost Google account for access to your city’s MSS
Note 2: Use the The Management SpreadSheet (MSS) to find anything and everything. Bookmark it.
The MSS will guide you to every document or file you need. It is your checklist, your project management tool, and your database all in one. It allows you to focus more on the program and less on administrative duties involved with the program.

MSS = Master Spreadsheet (there is one for each program and one for HQ)
Cohort = Group. In our case, it refers to a group of programs that run at the same time.
Program = The specific program in each city. General programs are typically referred to by their city names. Other types are industry specific, like the NYC Blockchain program
Program Leaders = The encompassing term to describe all of the leaders of the program
Program Directors = The main Program Leaders who spearhead the program in their region. There are usually two Directors per program, known as Co-Directors.
Startups = Startups in the program. No longer calling them “Teams” because it’s too general of a term.
